It includes evidence-based protocols tailored to a variety of scenarios, such as frequent night wakings, transitioning sleep locations, and introducing a new baby into the family. These protocols not only focus on infant sleep optimization but also prioritize the well-being and emotional health of parents, offering practical solutions that balance safety, connection, and flexibility.
